It's getting really close to the planned trip to Asheville, North Carolina, August 22-25. I am really looking forward to seeing everyone. It has been too long. Thanks to Lil for putting this whole trip together (lots of lost sleep over the upcoming white water raft, though). Besides getting to spend time with everyone, there is a full weekend of activities planned. My boys ?--now aged 23 and 24--will also be there with their fiancees. We plan to have a real hoot!! Wait until y'all hear my Georgia accent NOT. I plan on taking a bunch of pictures and will try to get some posted here for all to see. This is good and bad--you can see what you missed but you will also see how old we all got somehow. This is just a prelude, we hope, to seeing more folks in July 2004 on our trip back to New York (for Peggy's 35th high school reunion--I, of course, am younger than she is) !

| Hi y'all! Ooooh, like I' m totally blissed out by that expression, me being a Southern California Valley Girl (minus the Stream). Like, I speak Val-speak, and New Yawk-speak, and like, have a bitchin' time in North Carolina, is that a state or what, and like I am like, soooooo jealous, of yous guys, like totally, dudes, like, have fun now, okay, don't ya know, it's sooooo hot outside today, i think I'll like, go to the beach, and work on my tan, dudes, and maybe The Terminator will be there, oh, I think I'm gonna faint just thinking about him, oh, I hope I get his autograph, I'm like, gonna vote for him, because, like, he's so sexy, and I like, really really like his accent, and like, what would he sound like if, like, he said Hi Y'all. I know, I'll, like, ask him to say it, and if, like, he does, dudes, then, like Omigod! I will really really vote for him! |
