: We've got some good new things up for all of you this week, but first, just a gentle reminder to PLEASE get in touch with Marcia if you're even thinking of attending the "Mohican Gathering" in NC this June. We have heard from several people ... more is better!

: As for the Superglue Wars that raged here earlier in the week; we know that at least some of the "lurkers" enjoyed the exchanges very much. Laughs were heard everywhere! Nice show!

: Ok, what's new? Well, Mark Baker continues his engaging tale in "On The Trail Of ... Mark A. Baker". Plus, we have a new page up called "Under The Make-Up Tent". You'll find some good cast photos there donated by Connie Boyer of the make-up department. Also, we have a prelude to our augument that Cooper's LOTM is more history than most people are willing to give it credit for. You can read read that in the Musings. Perhaps, had our e-mail not been down most of the week, we'd have had more. Maybe next time!

: Regarding our little debate over the Eric Schweig interview ... the feedback we've gotten has been largely supportive of our stance. Thank you all. Some felt we were unduly harsh. The criticism has been leveled against us that this site needs more of a Native perspective. Well, to that end, at various times in the past, we have extended invitations to Eric Schweig, Russell Means & Wes Studi, along with 2 Indian extras, to contribute to the site. No takers thus far. We have presented much information on the story of LOTM as it relates to Indian culture. We cannot force anyone to give their side of the story. However, recently, the agent for ES DID contact us. We make no promises, but if we can swing it, we would love to present an interview with Eric to you. The ball is in their court now. We'll see what happens! Oh, no new news on the Director's Cut, yet ...

: And, a reminder, the Mohican Chat Room is open at all times for you guys to utilize for your purposes. The URL is re-posted below. The only thing we require of you, is to defer to any scheduled Chats we may have posted here.

: Thanks, & Happy Trails!

I think a big ol' WOOOOHOOOO!!!! sums up my feelings on that Eric Schweig action!
