: No one has yet mentioned one of my favorite groups of Hawkeye moments:
: the entire River Walk scene.
: Beautifully shot, great dialogue.
: Especially the climactic "I ain't your scout; and I sure ain't no damn
: militia. Clear it up any?"

: But, what a gem this is:
: "There is a war on - how is it YOU are heading WEST?!"
: "Well, you face North and real subtle-like, turn left."
: *tee-hee!* Is that great or what?
: Would everyone agree that's the only "humorous" moment in the film?

: (And by the way, does he say "subtle" or "sudden"? My son and I have an ongoing debate...)

I love that part when he explains how he is infact going west. I think it is hillarious (sp?) any ways, i wish the movie would go back to the theatres for a week or whatever, i would love so much to see it in the theatre again. I was only 12 when I saw it and I didn't really understand the whole thing. oh well, we can't always get what we want.
Love Tiget!!
