: Actually, there are films that just shouldn't BE remade, IMHO. Like Gone With the Wind, Casablanca, or this version of The Last of the Mohicans. They are works of art & should be left alone. Would anyone think of repainting the Mona Lisa using Kate Moss? Or even Kate Winslet? And don't even get me started on colorization! Grrrr.
