Well, as much as I like DDL; I think the romance between Uncas and Alice has more impact; perhaps it's because you don't see much physical happen; perhaps it's more the looks that makes it more romantic; maybe it's the dress that never unbottons while, as my sister calles the movie: "oh, the one where the Main Girl's character's dress line falls more south as the movie progresses..."; perhaps that ruined me for the romance between DDL and Cora..my opinion only!
