: : : Hawkeye and Uncas announce they are gay and moving in together.  Cora will remain in the house because she and H. are best friends even though they are no lomger romantically attached.  Alice stopped by the body art parlor on the way back from high school graduation and sports several strategically placed tatoos and more than one piercing. She announces that she is forming a band similar to the Spice Girls.  Cora will pursue a writing career.

: : Nah!  Not one gal in 1000 would believe either Hawkeye or Uncas is gay.  Cora would head for the city and make a name for herself as a women's advocate and Alice would be the good little girl who gets straight A's and goes on to college majoring in English.

: Laugh if you will, but I had my suspicions about Hawkeye even in the books!  Uncas was all guy, however.  No questions there!
