Hmmm. YES! But Joe Pesci might fit the given description of Robert Rogers! IF we could give him red hair (or any hair at all) AND we could get him to drop the "F" word four times in every sentence at least for this role.....but then we would have to let him have a gun....something Riggs and Roger refused to trust him with! And maybe give him elevator shoes.....
