: Dear Soldier #2: You will be happy to know that I, unlike *some* with weaker constitutions, NEVER take pitstops during that scene. I watch every single moment, and always have, even before I found out that you paid for those moments with toil & sweat! In fact, I never make a pitstop during ANY of this film...my rule is the same as my father's used to be on long car trips...get it all taken care of before you set out, cuz there'll be no stops made along the way! So, for what it's worth, your moments of glory have been viewed to the fullest in this household, at least by one member! Mary lives on the edge...I live on the "edge of the sofa!" :-D
Thanks y'all. Your too kind. You can look all you want. I'm not to be seen. Well, maybe an arm.
Two things to add.
#1 We have to temp. stop filming because of airplanes and boats. Another reason it took so long.
#2 Capt. Bougainville: The person you see and the voice you hear are not the same.
