No... not to worry! It isn't just you, nor your computer. I posted twice... not on purpose, mind you.
As to Alice, Magua, and Uncas; Magua's face and hand gesture suggests a fleeting change of heart. The sensitivity didn't last but for a second. When Alice lets herself fall, Magua reacts with an "oh well" shrug and continues on his way.
