DDL "Beefup"

I have seen some of DDL's "beef-up" pics. He & the lacrosse team worked out on the field at UNC-Asheville. Bare-chested, stretchy athletic pants instead of loincloths, though! Both he and Eric Schweig ran everyday, so I hear. A friend who lived off Highway 126 where the fort was built used to anticipate the daily runs by her kitchen window!
