: : : : Here's a new answer: The Horican.

: : : : Responses in the form of a question (and Vita, it has nothing to do with Alice!) :>)

: : : What is about trapped out according to Hawkeye.

: : : New Answer:
: : : tight weave

: : Actually, I was thinking more like "what is the Indian name for Lake George".

: : The question to your new answer: What does Hawkeye use with Killdeer to get 40 more yards shooting distance?

: Sarah,

: You've got the answer I was looking for -- but the other answers certainly deserve points for imagination and originality!

: I didn't know "The Horican" was a lake -- I just thought it was someplace where the three had been trapping the furs they were going to sell.

: And just an aside, where did that packhorse come from? During the Elk Hunt scene, there is just the three of them running through the forest. It seems like they're running quite a ways, too, with no horse in sight. Then at the Cameron's cabin, here comes Hawkeye leading one of those critters that can be heard for miles. And again before the ambush scene -- no horse. Did they sell it along with the furs? Or maybe they just borrowed it from somebody to take the furs to market -- but then they would have had to return it. Hmmmmm. I think this may be a horse of a different color!

: Just wondering!

: Jenifer

Jenifer, I'm always for originality! Now, as for the horse, it's never good to delve into details when dealing with Hollywood!!! :>)

Cheers,
Sarah
