Thank you for your constant watch upon all trails, both north and south. This strange moccasin trail ... was it headed south?
If so, then this may indeed be a sign of trouble. If it is heading north, then you may well have stumbled upon Hawkeye's tracks, disguised as 20 to 30 Indians to throw the irate group of Frontier Females off his trail. He's a sharp woodsman, that Hawkeye!
Please stay with this trail, She-etc.... but be ever so careful.
Was there yet another Gnadenhutten Massacre?!!! How terrible! Or could it be a false report? Possibly the activity at Gnadenhutten being the arrival of a large Shawonese warrior force who have come to avenge the wrongs done to the Delaware woman by Hawkeye. We must find out what is happening here!
