Good luck, Pat. I tried to get Plus (for Windows 95) down here this past week, and none of the stores carry it in stock since Plus 98 came out. And Plus 98 can ONLY be used with Windows 98!
You can order Plus for 95 from Microsoft, I'm told.

For any of you who don't have it, but would like to use the wallpaper anyway, I'd be glad to share the bitmap file, which you drop in your Systems folder & then can use like any Windows wallpaper. Just email me, and I'll send it to you.
