Thanks for the info on Dougie MacLean. I've seen the Tannahill Weavers, but just a few years ago - not in the 70's - I imagine membership in the group has changed quite a bit. Wish I'd been into Celtic music then - I probably missed a lot of fine performances. I'm looking forward to PBS or A&E picking up "Transatlantic Connections." I'll be watching for it .
Say Hello! to the Scottsman for us. You will let us know when to watch for him on TV and in films, won't you? I've enjoyed LOTM so many times I have a genuine concern for all the actors who created the characters. I don't think I will ever like another movie like I do this one and I still can't figure out why! What is it about LOTM??? Pat
