: The following URL lists to downloadable programs that can be used in place of Microsoft Plus, for those who want to try out Hawkeye & Cora or any other desktop theme designed for Windows.
: http://www.themesplus.com/    Click on "Utilities" and the first two programs listed are for themes.  The first one takes you to an archive where you'll have to search, but the second one brings up a download screen immediately.  I've never used the program myself, but I know a lot of people do, so you shouldn't have a problem with it.
