Kevin,

When you finally get the CD, you might notice the odd way they ordered the music. I thought they did a very weird thing in that they grouped the music by composer, rather than putting it in the right order. Also, they left out one or two pieces. I spent some time going through the music and matching it to the video, and found the right order. I now only play the CD on CD players that allow me to program the order. (The CDROM player in my PC even remembers the CD and the new order, so when I put in the CD and put on my earphones, it knows immediately what the CD is and the order to play it -- way cool!). Anyway, here is the link to that list.
