If Can This Bee and May Bee had come back with positive information, I had planned to send Could Bee as a scout to decide on a rescue route. Howzever, as soon as I received your message, Could Bee was the victim of an unfortunate accident and will not be troubling us any longer.
: : I take it the Powers That Bee orchestrated a little Swatting Party?? Woe bee unto any other traitors who try infiltrating your hive! You can count on the Sassy Soothsayer to keep you informed of any further beedevilment that might come flitting into the picture...such as Could Bee's widow, Bee Reaved...I wouldn't trust her with the keys to the honeycomb, either, if you get my drift!
: : : With awe and admiration for your skills,

: Mme Claire Voyant,
: Wishing to maintain the love and respect of my swarm, I never swat. No, poor Could Bee somehow fell off the fence into a fresh cow pat. I think it had something to do with overeating after I offered him a lunch of the finest clover (a little laced with spruce) but nevertheless, he suffocated without ever regaining consciousness. I will keep my many eyes on Bee Reaved as well as on her brother Bee Reft. Thank you for your insight.

This all sounds very dangerous. I am loading my Bee-Bee gun for protection!
