: Hi, Rokko99...love your name!  I also love Braveheart, mostly for the indomitable spirit it portrays so beautifully.  I don't even mind the made-up romance between Wallace & the Princess...I've seen worse made up for the sake of film.  The score is lovely, the cinematography beautiful, and the acting strong.  And while it doesn't have quite the same emotional impact on me that LOTM has, it still has brought me to tears with every viewing.  I pretty much agree with Rich's assessment of Rob Roy, too.  A good film, flawed slightly by a couple of lines I could have done without.
