: : : : Alrighty, folks. It has become apparent to me that we need a few guidelines the the posting of Gathering photos...of Dana S.

: : : : Thou shalt NOT post any photo of Dana S. slouching against picnic tables, rocks, mountains or thin air.

: : : : Thou shalt not post any photo of Dana S. showing blemish, wrinkle, or spider vain.

: : : : Thou shalt not post any photo of Dana S. NOT holding in tummy.

: : : : Thou snalt not post any photo not of the "good side" of Dana S. (This would be my right, your left)

: : : : Thou shalt not post any pic of Dana S. with roll-up, peace pipe, or any other fag-type thingy near or about mouth. ( I DID quit smoking, ya know)

: : : : Thou shalt not post any photo of Dana S. taken before noon.

: : : : This should do it. Thank you all for your cooperation in this very important matter.

: : : All very good points Dana, that may pertain to ALL of us. I propose that next time we have a designated time ( oh, say from 1pm to 2pm) for *postable picture taking*! You could take pictures any other time of course, but only post the ones when those of us of a vainer nature can be on our best "having picture made" behavior. That way for only one hour, we will consume nothing (includes food, spirits, smoking devices, etc.), not breathe while holding in tummy, walk sideways (good side first of course), run from camera-toters trying to snag a close-up, suck in those cheeks (I'm ready for my close-up Mr Federici!)and generally be looking like a bunch of funny monkeys. Whew... that way new "PHOTO'S UP!" posts won't be so traumatic!

: : : Kidding FOR SURE! The less flattering the better (of all but myself, of course).

: : Well - the day I lost my make-up in Miss Marcia's car was the day I stopped worrying about what I looked like in photos! And the evidence is all posted on my webpage! Coming to the gathering is a bit like having a baby - you leave your dignity at the door, all sorts of strangers see the very best and the very worst of you, you get no sleep, you go through a painful experience, but in the end its a time to remember!! Actually, thinking about it, it's nothing like having a baby!! I don't remember any drugs or swearing at my husband at the Gathering! OOO - there's any idea to liven up next years event - what do you think??!!

: : Adele

: Which part??? The drugs, the swearing, or the husband? Goodness, girl!!! And Rich and Elaine have already done the having a baby part, huh? And when little Michael Andre gets older, they can tell him the day after he was born...80 people form all over the world came to see him.

: I'm confused, now ...did you say you wanted your picture taken while having a baby at next year's gathering???

: *Scratching head*

OK! WHOA! WHOA, Diana!!! Lets scotch this rumour before it even gets started (cos I know how much Miss Marcia likes to gossip!) - not pregnant, not having baby at gathering, DEFINITELY never having photo taken whilst having baby. Clear it up any??!

And as for little Michael - he sure did get a lot of people come to see him, didn't he?!! Yup, there's another story to be added to the Federici Family History (already into several volumes by now, I daresay!)
