: Good Morning Mohicanlanders,
: Here goes a rather overt plug for the Mohican Apothecary! It is afterall, one of the "great treasures" of Mohicanland!
: Below you will find the recipe for the morning meal replacement that I said I would post. This recipe will take about 2 minutes to prepare. You will need to use a blender. Just as an apple a day keeps the doctor away, so will this magnificent brew!
: MORNING ENERGIZER FOR YOUTHFUL VITALITY AND ABUNDANT ENERGY
: 1 cup of purified water
: 1/2 cup of frozen organic blueberries
: 1/2 a banana
: 1/2 - 1 cup of soy milk or plain yogurt
: 1 heaping tablespoon of Green Magic
: 1 scoop or 1 tablespoon of Meal in a Glass (so yummy and delicious)!
: 1 teaspoon of Earth's Harvest (for tons of energy and extra protein)!
: Blend for one minute or until liquified.
: This blender drink is soooooooooo delicious and will give one energy for up to 5 hours without crashing, not to mention the amount of good wholesome organic nutrition that it supplies. This will also help to turn back the clock, as it is very easy on the digestive system. You know, YOUTHFUL VIM and VIGOR!!!!! You will be able to climb the mountain tops of North Carolina and Chimney Rock like a young spring chicken!!!
: For those folks who would like to be trim and fit with boundless energy, you can replace two meals a day with this fabulous formula!
: Dear Mohican Bountyess, please do supply us with the links to Meal in a Glass and the Earth's Harvest, as I am afraid to go looking for them. I don't want to lose all of the above work, like I did last time(#!#!), due to my insufficient knowledge of how to get a graphic up on this board.

Oh, alright. I just find it difficult to eat anything green for breakfast. Maybe if I pretend I'm Dr. Suess..."Hey! I like green eggs and ham!" Think positive. That's the ticket.
