Thank you so much, Chris. When I posted the first TFTD, it was intended as a one-off - but I guess I got carried away! I hope that no-one minds!!! As you may have noticed, I just love beautiful words that express wonderful or interesting thoughts and feelings. I used to write quite a lot, was even published a few times (Interesting Things You Didn't Know About The Huggy Merchant!) - and truly admire anyone who can express themselves as beautifully as some of the writers I have quoted.

The quote above spoke to me too - and sums up how I feel about the people I met at the gathering - I "recognised" them.
