: : Just picked up a copy of the companion book to The Patriot. Costs about 20.00. Very nice pictures. Mohicans is mentioned several times; one being that of Mark Barron who assisted Mel in the use of colonial weaponry.

: : Quick poll: How many times have you seen The Patriot? I've seen it twice. Plan to see it one more time.

: : One more FYI, did you know that Jason Isaacs is from Liverpool? (same as B. Tarleton).

: Haven't seen it yet, did go to the raid on Watauga reinactment last Sunday though at Rocky Mount. We're going to see the Wataugans this weekend.

: Did catch X-Men for the boys' birthday, though. Will probably be tarred and feathered for that one. NS

Nightsky...why would you be tarred and feathered? Was it worth seeing? I'm a moderate fan of the comic book and thought it'd be fun to catch over the weekend...
as for The Patriot, I'll probably be seeing it again and definitely marching to the video store when it comes out. A side note: if anybody picks up a copy of "George" magazine from July, they've got a pretty interesting article about the movie and Mel's political perspectives, as well as Mel on the cover looking very much the 18th-century Patriot complete with long rifle...nice job...
