OK Victoria, you have inadvertently brought up one of my pet peeves......and I guess I must have been hanging around Billy too long.......because I am about to speak my mind! Uh-oh!

I know that you were just using WW2 as an example to make a point. However, I would just like to say that it was not just the Americans who 'chased the Germans from France'. WW2 was fought and won by the Allies which consisted of 49 countries, including the US, UK, USSR & France.

Right, that wasn't too painful now, was it?! I could get used to this........look out Bill, you might have a little competition in the Standing on one's Soapbox Award!
