How about this for a visualization exercise? All of those said "folks" are to be sentenced (in Huron, of course, so nobody speaking any French could translate -- this must be a hideously blood-chilling surprise, after all) to burn alive in the village fires so that all can take part in the glory of their suffering. And there will be no mercy shots allowed for these transgressors -- they obviously merit none! However, if they come to their senses and beg Chris' pardon for underestimating her vast expertise and undervaluing her contributions as they are dragged away, bound to the pole, and the fire is lit -- a mercy shot might be in order -- at Chris' descretion, of course!
Hope the day is going better for you, Chris! Remember -- people can be real jerks! Try not to let them get you down just because they're being negative. Just think of the flames ... the sizzling of feet ...
