: : : You've all, hopefully, followed this engrossing tale. If you have any interest in the period's history, you surely must have found this Trail tantalizing. Go back ... read it again ... then see it to its conclusion on a page of photos of the re-enactment of the Battle. We're not quite sure, yet, how to properly incorporate this saga into our site, but enlarging the scope of our History Section, to include other facets of the French & Indian War, is on the agenda. Though a relatively minor event in the anals of that War, this event well represents a larger backdrop of the times ... raids & counter raids on the Frontier. Just ask the Camerons!
