Very interesting, Clabert, as I have a hubby who goes to Montana every winter(we know all about the tags, stamps, licences, out of state lottery for game......)only, he takes his deer/what ever into town (after he has skinned it and whatever....)to freeze for the trip home. I am just left to cook it...
