Haven't heard any news today. All I can say is that it was very clear & cooler today ... no signs of smoke here anymore!

Well, there are protests by the laid off workers, I know that. As for Jim Anthony, I read that he still has signs up at his other development in SC advertising lots/homes for sale at DuPont. There is still a chance he will fight this, but everything I've heard indicates his chances of winning would be slim to none. Meanwhile, the State owns the land & is going forward with their plans. Anthony has been relatively quiet in the papers.
