: Why, our Red Haired Lass is a real comely and enchanting Looker, ain't she? No wonder Bummpo's get's a mite crowded when this lass is wenching and serving!! Good on her for dumping the warty (I assume he is warty due to Doc Mary's expertise in these matters) ball and chain. It won't be long before THE man shows up and sweeps THIS one off her feet and heads down to Can-tuck-ee to live happily ever after!

: And about trepidation.......man I can empathize with THAT!
: As Marcia well knows, this little gnomie was mighty scared of heights!

: : hyperventilating all the way, Red goes for a personal triumph!! YAY! She does it...creeping out to stand on the sacred Rock, and managing a smile in the process! Way to go, Wench!! To commemorate this astonishing accomplishment, we carved "RED WUZ HERE!" in big letters right across the top of the rock, because we knew it would be inspirational to all future visitors! (Well, okay...that last part was a bold & blatant, dirty, rotten, pinko, commie LIE!)

: : And one more, folks...
: : MMMM

Why, thankee for the compliments, Bill. Ye've got the lass blushin' at her computer...
And these pictures rule, Marcia...I've got several to send you all but afraid I don't have a scanner to post any with...but yours turned out much better than mine. The one shot I have of myself on the rock I look absolutively hurl-worthy terrified! And Bill, glad to hear I'm not the only one who experienced a bit of height-terror, although methinks I'll be fine with it come time for the Gatherin'. None of those rocks even competed with the terror the Golden Gate bridge caused!
It was a WONDERFUL Sunday with these two marvelous ladies in Chimney Rock, but I just thought I'd reiterate that. Truly the highlight of the past few months. Not to mention the truly great Black Hawk Stout at the nearby saloon and the "Spirit in the Sky" song, which keeps runnin' through me head...thanks again Miss MMMMarcia and Gadget Girl!
Yer Wench,
Christina
