: : : Anybody else feel like Rod Serling is going to pop out of the woodwork at any moment?

: : Here deep in the heart of Florida (formerly known as "The Sunshine State", now in popular circles referred to as "The Bozo State") rumors of voting "irregularities" are rampant, teams of lawyers are running amok, and Dubya and his little brother are giving marching orders to assorted high placed high powered high priced suits (this is fact; not rumor. I am counsel to one county's Supervisor of Elections. I've heard it from the suits). We've all fallen down the rabbit hole. Even Mr. Serling couldn't have imagined this nasty mess. Where is Magua when you need him?

: Inside information......

: I talked to a friend in Tallahassee today about the "missing ballot boxes in Broward County Fla." We have decided that the ballot boxes were being taken to the "countin' house" on the back of a Ford pickup....when the two "black and tan coon dogs" on the back of the truck got into a shoving match, and kicked them off the back unnoticed by Junior and Bubba. The boxes, no doubt, rolled off the dirt road and into the Palmetto bushes, where they still remain, amongst the family of Armadillos that resided there.

ROFL, Uncle Dave! What a mess! And Lady Ann, I sure echo your sentiments. This never would have happened if a platoon of Hurons were handling the elections...
Maybe some of the ballots were carried off by the C-130 size palmetto bugs I used to see around there...
