Hi, Bill -

No, you are not the bad guy ... chin up!
Honestly - you are direct & forceful; you are who you are. Others may be more gentle; they are who they are. Sometimes, the two approaches clash, not from malice but from passion.
Passion brings joy & passion brings pain ... in the end, well - you know the ending!
