(Unless, of course, the predicted winds are a chinook, and the temperature soars into the 40s again. The weather forecasters are hedging their bets on that subject.) Hi Chris,

Tell that to Betty's brand new Toyota. The one with the rear end all bashed in. Because the DEMOCRATIC administration in Madison Wisconsin sees no point in sending plows out or salting or icing the roads because of the "year end budget". I slid 40 yards trying to stop from 30 mph. The guy behind me slid 50 yards. Do the math.
