Hey Miss Katie,

Not to bust up your quiltin' and duvetin' talk, but I just had to let you know that Cecelia and I got to see the wonderful Black Watch Pipe and Drum Corp and Prince of Wales Band and Choir just the other night. They played songs of Ireland, England, and of course Scotland. These were some of the most MAGNIFICANT FELLOWS I've seen in some time. And you know, there is a girlie or two partial to the kilted boys around here. And oh, when the highland dancers came out...WOW. Celia and I totally embarrassed my wee daughter by going on and on about how flouncy them kilts were, especially during the one sword dance...just poppin' up on every turn. We weren't quite sure what we glanced underneath, but it shaw won't no American drawers (pronounced 'draws').Mmmm, mmmm, mmmmm!!!! Awfully, um,...cheeky! Ohhhh, and the music was delightful too! Yeah, ...that's it...the music was the best part! Whew! That Drum Major was quite the fodder for some swoon-some daydreams, I'm here to told ya! Seriously, they were magnificent. We had a blast!...and thought of you, of course!

Diana
