I wrote:: : Okay...I give up!

Then Rich wrote: NEVER give up, MMMM!

Now I write: Too late! I've surrendered, lock, stock & barrel!

ME:: : What the heck is a CDA Censor??

RICH:: It's part of the cgi-script that runs our WWWboard ... what it stands for, I don't know, but what it does is this: each post is scanned for certain words. If they're in there, it won't let you post. I have no real problem with that, it's just so picky, and none too bright. Like I said, it wouldn't let me enter a place name, a river in Oklahoma called the Wash-ta!

ME, again: Does the fact that I didn't even know what it was mean that I never triggered it? Have I been so tactfully proper that nothing I've written in all this time has caused a problem? What a prissy little goody two-shoes *I* am!!! *snort, snort!*

ME: : And why would anyone WANT one?

RICH: I only wish it was as easy to keep out certain PEOPLE (No, no! No one here now!!!! But, in the past!) as it is to eliminate certain words. Anyway, it's not that we wanted one, it's just there. I imagine it can be re-configured, but never had the urge.

ME, again: I think I'm beginning to understand...maybe...sorta.

ME:: : I'm SEW confused!

RICH: NO!

ME, again: Don't be snide, MentorMan!

ME: : (What else is new?)

RICH: Hmmm ... let me think ... OH, have you seen the latest DDL pic in his HOT get-up?

ME, again: Yes, and all I can say is, "Be still, My Heart!" I'm crazy for a man in plaid!!!

Now I'm off to watch Ed, The West Wing, and Lorder (what Mark calls Law & Order). Gotta get a tv fix tonight. I'm in need of a laugh or two, and at least one grisly crime.

MMMM
