I am one of the many in the US but want to say that our "offshore" contingent of Mohicanland is a wonderful segment of our society! Some of the finest folks I have met! Join us!
Back in the early days of my youth I had been to Sydney and surrounding area for a week. It was, in point of fact, on R&R from Vietnam, which puts it back in 1968 (March). I loved it there and loved the folks there. I couldn't walk into any bar and buy myself a drink.....as soon as I opened my mouth all the guys there were calling me "mate" and standing me rounds. Good, down to earth sorts. And the women....well, I was captivated. They all looked so damn healthy and were lively, intelligent and most pleasant company. One name still stands out - Veronica Pigeon. You mates down there made a great impression on me. So by all means, welcome and keep coming back - and if you can find a way - JOIN US!!
