Many Flags overheard all the talk about the Fair and piped up, "The last time I was to a Fair, there were Gypsy women taking young men into a tent to tell their fortunes. They must have had good fortune cause they were dancing a jig when thet came out!! Now, I'm a wedded man, so keep the Gypsies away from me!"....and all the men guffawed and laughed so loud that 1st Sgt. Campbell had to command them sternly to "keep yer minds off the Gypsy women!!"
