Hi, all...I'm glad to see that Magua has made a good impression on some of you. The design & wording seemed really appropriate to me, and I thought it would be fun...BUT! My part was the EASY and CHEAP part. Diana is doing the HARD & COSTLY part by funding this project out of her own pocketbook, and talk about HUMBLE...she is one gal who will take on anything, any time, to help out every way she can. The poles for these window flags will be her donation to this and all future Gatherings. The original intent was to make 50 so that we would be sure every car had one & then some. Making one for each Gatherer would be tough, not to say cost-prohibitive.

For those who have never done anything like this, let me say that the PRETTIEST way to do this is, of course, the most expensive way. Too much for one person's purse, IMHO. Diana is looking at a couple of options to see which is the best way to go. But whichever way it goes, even if it is not the FIRST choice, it will be really special, I think. And we all owe a big ol' heartfelt thank you to our own Gadget Gal! I can't WAIT to give her a great big HUG when I get there!
