: : When you are so burned out at your job that in the company canteen, you hold up the line because you can't seem to get the automatic scale to register the price of your salad...
: : and you keep waiting and waiting
: : and finally the nice lady behind the register says
: : "Ma'am, you're trying to use the toothpick dispenser to weigh your salad. The scale is behind you..."

: : and how ready are YOU for Gathering???

: I'll answer that below, but first ...

:
: : hope this latest "Christina moment" has provided someone with a hearty guffaw...

: That it did ... I sure hope that you save some of these "moments" for the Gathering! They could make it THE most memorable!

: As for me, I know I'm ready for the Gathering - and, unfortunately, in my case, this is not humorous - because I have been mean & ornery & generally unpleasant to be around. Just ASK my co-workers ... very short on patience these days. And so, my 17 days off, highlighted by the Gathering, just couldn't have come at a better time!

Oh oh! sounds like Rich got off just in time! Get those trigger locks Elaine! I'm glad it worked out that we come to Gathering and NOT read "USPS Employee Goes Postal - Bodies Everywhere - Wounded Flood Local Hospitals" in the Marion Gazette!!!!

Hmmmm. Come to think on it, wasn't Ben Franklin the first Postmaster General? Could the American Revolution have been Ben's way of going "postal"?????????
