: Kate, it was such a pleasure to meet you.

Oh, Theresa! *sniff* it was a REAL PLEASURE meeting you, too!!

The two items I won at the raffle were yours. I have the Robert Burns book in a special place

Well, I hope you will have a look through it - and give some of the poety 'a go'. I know you might find it difficult to work through (*I* did, for years though I had a mother who spoke JUST as he did!) but, he he wrote about what he described as 'the common man' ('A Man's A Man For A' That') and often wrote about what he saw as the social ills of the day, but did it 'tongue in cheek'. He really is quite brilliant and some of the poems are VERY humorous!! You know, 'Burns Nights' are EXTREMELY popular in Russia and Japan!!

:that ditty bag....well, you can bet I'll put all my little ditty's in it that I win next year!

Ohhh, of COURSE you're gonna win!!! [Gee, I love a woman with such confidence!! :o)]

: You are a wonderfully talented and giving woman. Thank you for making the trip over, for we are all truly the richer for it.

Oh, you credit me with FAR too nice qualities! I only do what many others do - try to give a little back for the LOT that I get from the Gatherings... and the other Gatherers!! I don't think I do any more than anyone else but I DO appreciate your saying what you did - that was such a lovely thing to say!

:Safe journey home.

Yes, I did have a safe journey home. EVENTFUL - but safe, thank you!!

:Until next time.

Oh, INDEED, Miss!! I truly look forward to that!! Thank you for your good wishes, Theresa!

Love,
Kate.
