Hear Ye, Hear Ye!!

The Niece and Nephew (Hannah and Hiram) have been badgering their Dr. Uncle Mark to tell the story of the MacWilliam Lads at the Battle of Bushy Run, August, 1763. If I, the Chronicles Maker, can get it together, it will probably appear this weekend. The Battle of Bushy Run which lasted two days and occurred near the present town of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, brought to end Pontiac's Rebellion.

The reenactment of that two day battle will occur this year on August 4, 5, at the original site. The Lads of the 77th Grenadiers are always present and in full force for this event.

Pax Aye!!
