: Theresa,

: Bushy Run is a Pennsylvania state run site. No digs are allowed, it is ground that is not to be disturbed. When we camp during August reenactment, we are not allowed to have dug firepits. Bushy Run, like Ligonier, Ticonderoga, etc., is a special site to the hearts of Highland troops. As I mentioned, at these sites there are "feelings", "sightings", etc. Our fallen bretheren are not forgotten. Duty, honor, "God - King- and Regiment", are still ideals which are upheld.

Dr. Uncle Mark and Sgt. Malcolm A. MacWilliam,

I'm so glad to hear that. At least some things remain sacred. And as I said, they should stay as they lay. I will be thinking of you and your comrads as you are at this reenactment. Take with you my spirit.

Theresa
