Just spoke with my brother. While he came out OK, a number of his folks were in a meeting on the top floors of the WTC, and he's lost a number of those close to him.

My co-workers' friend has still not been heard from.

A number of parallels with events c. 1757 occur to me, but it seems inappropriate to speak of them at the moment.
