: Hi Vince and to All,

: Thank you for thinking of our family.  Summer is now in Toronto with the production of Satuday Night Fever.  She is safe and sound!  Her husband Martyn had flown into New York the day before the terrorist attack, in order to audition new people for the production.  We did not learn of his whereabouts until very late in the evening of the 11th.  Summer had no information of where he was staying or if he was safe, as all of the phone lines were tied up and communication was impossible.

: Martyn was staying 1/2 mile from the event.  He saw the collapse of the 1st tower.  I have not been able to speak with him since last Tuesday.  He has been trying to get back into Canada since last Wednesday.  According to Summer, he was going to try to take a train from New York City today.

: Martyn is from Great Britan and is the Musical Director of Saturday Night Fever.  He just immigrated to this country last year with the production coming from London to Broadway.  I cannot immagine what this experience has been like for him.  I am hoping to speak with him by this evening or tomorrow, if all goes well with his travel.

: Collin was in Florida at the time of the event.  He has not been able to get back to California since then and is going to try to return home tomorrow.  He was due back last Friday.

: Summer phoned me from Canada at 6 am on the 11th to inform me of what was happening.  She had the television on when most of us on the West Coast were asleep!  She was terrified for Martyn's safety, as so many of us were for the unknown whereabouts of our precious loved ones.

: Elaine, I understand that you had a relative that escaped the horror!  I am so greatful for the precious lives that have been kept and so devastated by one's that did not make it.  I pray for a new era of world peace.  I hope that this can be accomplished as we rise out of the ashes.  May this whole experience lead us to a greater bond, world wide, as we all pick up the pieces.  My greatest wish is for love and peace to govern the world affairs and for compassion to be the rule.
