: I don't think so. And, I think it unfair for those who criticize them, and some of our other agencies dealing with this crisis, to do so. These are times like no other. We tread over new territory. Much is trial & error. Pointing fingers does no good ... And, for the record: Some would-be historians have claimed that Congress is a bunch of wimps; that never before, not in the Civil War, World War I, etc., etc., has the Congress "fled." Conveniently, or ignorantly, they forgot about the American Revolution when the Congress did indeed relinquish their building when faced with the choice of survival or capture by the British. The Government must function & survive ... a bunch of Anthrax-stricken politicians will do us no good at all.
