We here at South Mountain Elementary, south central Pennsylvania, will be celebrating in full joyous regalia. It is a time to laugh at the devil, to know that tomorrow we celebrate All Saint's Day, to enjoy the life that we lead. The children are excited, have shown me many of their costumes already, and their smiling, happy faces reflect what we hold dear in this country; a life of freedom and happiness, family and friends.
