I'm currently reading GONY by Herbert Asbury. This is a vile time in New York's history....really vile. Perhaps "they", whoever "they" are, didn't want to show New York in this light so close to 9/11. Just a thought.

I'm going to send Rich a picture of Bill and ask if he would post it here.
