If you guys are at all like me, you've received a virus "warning" at least several times over the past few days. It tells you to look for a file on your computer. You do & sure enough, IT'S THERE!!!!! Aieeeeeeeeeee! I've got the VIRUS!!! Passed on via innocent E-mails through good folks' address books! So, you go ahead and delete the "infected" file. WHEW!

NOT!

It's hoax ... nearly all PCs will have the file, as it's a part of the Windows system! There was something VERY similar to this passed around; it seems like 2years ago, or so.

It pays to be cautious, but don't be stupid. Hey, I've been there! My advice is to be sure you have a reputable anti-virus software installed on your system ... AND, KEEP IT UPDATED!!! That will, more or less, keep you & your system clean & safe. When one of these little buggers comes along, check it out before acting ... go to a site of a anti-virus firm and research it.
