: We'll meet at the corporation grounds, where a guide will greet us and take us on a tour of the LOTM locations ... High Falls - very scenic, but not actually seen in the film - brief action was shot adjacent to them; Triple Falls - as The River Walk opens, we see these falls as the cast walks in front of them, and then climb along their side; & Bridal Veil Falls - JUST upstream is the location of The River Walk "proper"; plus, the actual falls are the scene of the entrance to the cave. It's all stikingly beautiful scenery. Then, we'll return to Triple Falls for a complimentary box lunch provided by Sterling! Following lunch, we can journey over to Hooker Mills Falls on our own, as these are now on the state land. Hooker Mills are the waterfalls that the canoes are SEEN plunging over.

: And, there's new stuff in the works! See you On The Trail ...

Rich,

I'm so glad we get to see more of the Falls. Well done to you and Marcia. (Did you get that? Does it sound like I'm planning to be there?) This reminds me of the fact, and I have to say this, that of all the "irregularities" in the movie, the one that bothers me the most (even beyond the blue cap) is the silly-looking Cro-Magnon Hawkeye-wanna-be at the front of the canoe going over the falls, with his fist out in the air. He's way to chunky a stunt-man to stand in for DDL. In fact, it looks more like an overgrown manikin than man or Mohican. Has anybody else noticed this or is it just me?

Ah, now I've got that off my chest .... CAN'T WAIT to see those waterfalls!!

Cheers,
Sarah
