In my weekend paper I noticed an article about Russell Means and his involvement in a court case with the Navajo Nation. Apparently, Mr. Means allegedly "roughed up" his in-laws on a Navajo reservation and is challenging their jurisdiction over him. The Navajo Nation held a hearing at Harvard University over the weekend and the case is said to be headed to the U.S. Supreme Court. Anyone interested in the details, can try:
