Hi Claudia,

Our pleasure! The theatre does sound great. We haven't yet been there but are planning to go out in the near future and see it first hand. The Tea Room should be a really nice option for us ... (I do hope the Mohicanland Traders can refrain from their on-going Tea wars!)

Okay, reservations; We will be handling reservations and money for the theatre and T-Shirt orders. Marcia will be handling the CRP & accommodation reservations. (Thanks, Marcia!) Since the theatre and LOTM availability is now confirmed, deposits of $10.00 per person can be sent to us at any time. We need names of each person planning to attend the theatre showing. Though it'd be helpful to contact Marcia and let her know if you're planning to attend the Gathering, it's a little early to send her money for reservations. We'll update the info this Sunday.
