Natty Bumppo is my favorite character, and has been the object of a lot of thought and research, so if you want to ask questions or discuss him by E-mail, I would be more than pleased to exchange information on him.  However, a number of people on the Board are interested in the Cooper characters, too, and since we seldom get into the Cooper characters on the Board, they might find it enjoyable to add their ideas and views.
